Applicant (including owners, officers, and agents) agrees to pay Aries Freight Systems, LP ("Aries") within the credit terms offered for all charges incurred.  Delinquent payment may result in immediate termination of credit and that all outstanding amounts be paid in full.  Payments are to be made in US Dollars.  Accounts over thirty (30) days are subject to interest charges at the maximum rate allowed by law.  Any dispute with Aries regarding goods and/or services provided by Aries must first be submitted to the American Arbitration Association for resolution.  If permitted, any legal action must be filed in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise provided for by the Laws of the State of Texas.  In the event that Aries finds it necessary to retain an attorney and/or take other action in connection with the collection of any accounts or the enforcement or default of any agreement with Aries, Applicant shall reimburse Aries for all reasonable fees associated with such action.  Applicant authorizes Aries to investigate references and other data furnished by applicant in connection with this application including obtaining business and/or owner's credit information as deemed reasonably necessary in Aries' sole judgment.  Applicant agrees to be bound at all times by Aries' "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE" as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
